I arrived in Boise fairly late in the evening, the only options that were available were McDonald’s and this Jack-in-the-Box location. I haven’t had Jack-in-the-Box for years, so I decided to try it. It met my expectations for a quick fast food meal, and the drive-thru staff were very accommodating and friendly. This is a good option for a late night bite.

Terrible service! A few days ago, I went through the drive-thru for an iced coffee. The man taking my order was incredibly rude & the coffee was so syrupy/sugary that it was difficult to drink. A couple of days later, my boyfriend & I tried to go through the drive-thru but there were 2 crudely made signs, hand-written in black sharpie, stuck on the menu boards with logo stickers that read ‘Door Dash only’. This place is so unprofessional and not worth it. Also, in the past, we’ve had several other bad experiences here. The place needs an entire new staff, including management, or to just be shut down. We will never go back to this restaurant

Extremely clean environment, well organized layout for drinks and other items, good cordial/ courteous staff, and fresh hot food. Would highly recommend this location for those looking for a made to order fast food meal. Just remember though, a little courtesy to the staff goes along ways. Will be returning for sure.

Sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes of silence. Only one other vehicle at the window. I stayed quiet; I know how drive thru can be overwhelming, and I wasn’t sure if they were dealing with an upset customer or something. But the car drove off, and I still sat in silence. Knowing how drive thru headsets work (the speaker has a sensor and the headsets won’t stop chiming in your ear until you activate the microphone), I asked, “are your headsets working?” To which I got a “oh, sorry about that” response and finally gave my order. Was a tall, young, apathetic dude who just didn’t look like he cared about work whatsoever. No other customers were in the store and he finally started taking orders for the line of cars behind me. I wasted half of my lunch break just waiting to order.
