this is the wordt jack in the box I have ever been to. Went there today, I was the only person in the drive thru and it took them 20 minutes to make my sandwich plus they got the order wrong. and the lettuce they put in the sandwich wasnt even green, it was brown and old. disgusting.

The poor guy at the drive thru tonight was clearly all alone, with a line full of cars. He didn’t look angry, he looked like he was really stressed. He did a great job but lower scores on atmosphere and food because that’s the location’s fault for not having sufficient staff. Give him a raise!

So sad they took off the chicken tater munchie meal that is one meal that kept me coming back the and time again. The service is awful and you will wait forever in the drive through and you know it’s bad when you can tell they are ignoring you at the drive through window till you give up and leave and go to taco bell instead. The chicken tater melt was the only thing that kept me coming back despite the awful customer service at our local store.

So your day time manager Jolene (sp) is the worst. We ordered on the app and when we got there was no one else in the restaurant. We waited for our food. And watched employees wearing rubber gloves and preping food while eating food. So mixing prepared food with food they are eating. When our food was ready the manager lady threw our bag towards us. Well it was missing 4 tacos. I waited a good 2 minutes and she said what do you want now. I said we ordered 8 tacos. She said no you ordered 4 tacos. I said excuse me but it’s 4 times 2 which is 8. She says no you ordered 4. I said please can I just get my 4 other tacos. She goes to the fryer and puts 4 down. And grabs 4 from a cooling area or something. After I got those and bit into one the meat was still cold. I asked for fresh ones and she says just because I didn’t pull them out of the fryer doesn’t mean they aren’t fresh. Well she just kept attacking me so I walked away. And then I took some pictures and she attacks me again. One of the worst experience ever. I don’t suggest anyone to visit at lunch time. She needs some customer service training. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Every time I go to the state street location, they forget to include food items. Most recently they forgot to include hashbrowns with a breakfast meal. When I complained, they argued with me and told me I already accepted my meal and they couldn’t fix it. I never left the drive thru.

Went in stood at the counter for an uncomfortable amount of time the employees were looking at us but no one greeted us or asked to. Take our order. More like we’re irrattated that we went inside instead used the drive through. They took numerous drive through orders after we came to the counter. All while constantly looking right at us glaringly and rudely . My family gave up and walked out.i stayed to see if I was ever gonna get service. Finally this person came up and asked what I could get started on and immediately answered his head set and turned and gave his back toward me and started gettibg drinks ready for someone I the dive through. Deplorable to say the least. I’ll never go there again . Apparently corporate has sacrificed customer service for lesser quality food , need I remind you that this is the slippery slope jack in the box was on before when food piosoning clamed the lives some of its patrons in the early 90’s .

Ordered a jumbo jack burger, and specified NO CHEESE a few times to lady at window, a small diet coke and a piece of cheesecake. Paid $9. Ok. The guy brought out my burger in a greasy dirty bag, yuck. Got back to work to wolf down my burger. Voila, CHEESE : ( Gross. Taking it back. I guess its frozen cheesecake for lunch.

Don’t go here. The workers are either affirmative action diversity hires that stand around and do nothing or teenagers that don’t care. I have ordered from and gone to this specific Jack in the Box 6 times and all 6 times I’ve gotten the wrong order disgusting quality food from being cold and the like. Seriously just don’t go to this Jack in the Box. Hopefully it’ll die
