Employees were dirty and by dirty I mean… dirty t-shirts, hair uncombed, dirty floors and a musty smell inside the store. Ordered a sandwich with just the chicken, bacon, and cheese. First time everything on it and smoothed. Went back asked if they could make another one plain, the kid made the sandwich with everything again. I’m thinking lack of give a damn on the whole staff and probably one to many joints during their shift. Doesn’t excuse not taking baths. Yuck. I would have given no stars.

It’s a shame that the only two Jack in the Box stores anywhere near my home are both sub-par compared to the quality I expect from the brand back in Dallas where I’ve lived most my life. It would be nice if this one would take the mantle of being a high quality Jack and get a kind of reset of the store from it’s pretty bad reputation and less than quality food. It’s acceptable and reasonably priced overall just lacking.

This place will absolutely hire anybody, the guy that was making my tacos, the bottom of his belly was sticking through the bottom of his shirt, his belly was touching my taco. These people have no recollection of personal hygiene whatsoever. avoid, avoid avoid. He was also running fingers through his sweaty hair. I got so grossed out I had to get my money back.

I’m extremely disappointed. The dining room closed before 8 pm on a Saturday, did not have a salad option, no pita, or iced tea. My Sourdough Jack, which is my favorite burger of all fast food burgers, was sub-par.

Ordered on the mobile app and it said 8-10min. Which is really long for fast food already but I was willing to accept that amount of time. I went to the drive-thru like it told me to do. They told me to park out front. 40 minutes passed and I flagged down an employee who appeared to have forgotten about my order. Eventually, he returns with part of my order and a melted shake. I asked him if I could have ice cream instead of milk and realized we were missing a drink and half of the jalapeño poppers as well. He went back in. We sat some more. By the time we left the parking lot with our order, we had been at Jack in the Box for an hour just waiting. The whole time, One female employee did everything *except work. I watched her the whole time. Maybe they give 90min lunch breaks I suppose. She noticed me and never once tried to cut my hour wait down in any way. So imagine my joy when I made it home only to find no bacon on the ultimate BACON burger and condiments on my kid’s plain Cheeseburger. Definitely go to Jack in the Box if you want to waste 2 hours of your life and not get what you ordered.

Worst experience I’ve ever had here. Ordered the Fan Fave Box and was told they were out of Mozzarella Sticks. That’s understandable, those things happen but they didn’t offer any substitution and weren’t happy when my son asked if we get some more mini tacos for a substitution. And we received none of the sauces that are supposed to come with the box. Ordered 4 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and every single one of them were missing the cheese and mayo. They were dry and gross. And outside, an employee wearing their Jack in the Box hoodie was smoking pot. I have nothing against pot or those who smoke it, but I’d think, considering the circumstances, it maybe shouldn’t be allowed to smoke during working hours. It was an almost $40 order that I will never do again.

I wish I could tell you how good the food was or how well the staff did but, the front doors were locked. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and the doors were locked during posted lobby hours. It’s possible the drive-through was open but, there was no sign on the door and I did not want to eat in my car. I decided since they want to appear closed, I would go to Smashburger instead. Smashburger was open and it was delicious. I want to thank the management of JITB for helping me find an alternative to go to.

Attempted to dine in. Only 2 people in front of me(together)….no one bothered to take our orders. Drive thru was not packed by any stretch. Limited urgency by those working. This location has gone downhill.
