This is the most horrible Jack in the Box I have ever seen. I only went there twice, but will never return. The first time all I ordered was 3 egg rolls and a coke. The egg rolls were so burned that i could not eat them. It was like they left them in the fryer all day. The second and final time i went there it was a long line in the drive thru. When it got to be my turn to order the person told me they were closed. i said that I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes, but again i was told they were closed. I was trapped in the line, there were people in front of me and people behind me so i had to sit there for another 10 minutes to not even get any food. This place needs to be shut down.

Roy the GM was supposed to give me a call doe to the drive through sign falling out and hitting my car when it was raining yesterday 7-23-23 Guess I will have to drive up and call the police to make a report. If I could give a zero star I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to. They refused to give me sauces I asked for. The food took forever, and was cold. They forgot my fries. They messed up half of my order and just rude customer service. The drive thru guy was very rude. The egg rolls were soggy, I received one soy sauce packet for 3 egg rolls. The fish sandwich had lettuce on it when I asked for no lettuce, the fries were half filled. Never will go back to jack in the box.

I have been visiting the drive-thru of this location quite frequently and so far everytime I’ve gone, I have been attended to and gotten everything I ordered, food was prepared correctly and was fresh. I have no clue why it’s 3.5 stars, the food is good and the workers offer great service.
