The food and customer service was great; food was provided within 7 minutes wait time, it was hot and very tasty. The employees seems very friendly and efficient. The only bad thing was the AC, I believe it wasn’t working that day. Therefore I highly recommend it

We ordered a DoorDash delivery order for breakfast today. We had a breakfast sandwich, a breakfast platter that had the mini pancakes, and an Oreo shake. We weren’t given any syrup for the pancakes, there was no plastic ware to use to eat the breakfast with, no napkins and the shake had a lid with the large hole in the top of it that I was not happy about at all. It wasn’t covered so if the driver were smoking or had coughed or sneezed, anything could’ve went in my shake, this was very unsanitary. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager and I was told there was no manager on duty today. Not a good experience and I am not a happy customer. I would like to get a refund for the shake please.

I’ve been stopping by this Jack in the box for a few days now trying to get their Snoop munchies meal. I was told they had everything since their truck came in today. After ordering and my food was ready I was informed that they didn’t have air freshener. I was heartbroken and visibly upset but a gentleman that appeared to be training some crew members found me one. So to the tall gentleman that made my day I thank you very much.

It was my first time ordering in this place. First of all we had to wait for like 30 minutes just to get our chicken sandwich’s which were very salty and not even spicy like we ordered it.we also asked if there was Buffalo sauce and the guy said he put some in the bag but we couldn’t find it so we ask him where he had put it and he said they don’t have it after he just said he put it in the bag. Oh do I regret it, almost $7 for that chicken sandwich. Even worst we ordered 4 for $27 worst $27 dollars of my life.

Terrible wait in drive thru. Probably 10min at the speaker to tell them I had app order and then probably 30min in line. Do not mobile order late. Can not go in to get order so you wait in drive-thru. Food was actually ordered almost 1 hr before I actually was able to pick up.

Went to this location and waited at the menu in drive thru. No one said be with you in a minute.. no other cars so I pulled up to the window to ask for a gift card.. lady had no idea what I was talking about.. didnt know what a gift card was. So after explaining it to her she still was lost. This was after going to the Jack in the box on huebner which was suppose to be open but was closed.. typical.. I left a review a month ago on that location and JITB responded saying give them another chance.. well yall havent done much to change my opinion.. why are Houston JITB so much better… yall need to do a better job in the hiring and recruiting dept… JITB has been my favorite restaurant since I was a kid and yall really circling the toilet bowl.. thanks

I went to the drive through. There were 2 cars in front of me. Took several minutes each. Then when it was my turn it took so long for someone to take my order that I just drove away. I’m thinking they’re probably understaffed. Gotta make sure the corporate executives can buy new yachts this year right?

Waiting at the drive-thru menu bord for 40 minutes just to be lied to about not having hamburger party’s in the time that I did wait I seen 9 cars leave the drive-thru to take their money elsewhere.
