I just spent $48 on meals for my family and the fries and tiny tacos all tasted burnt. There was black specs of burnt food all over our curly fries & tacos (see picture.) I have lived in this area for 20yrs and have frequented this location but as of lately the service is subpar. I don’t understand how an employee would pack up food knowing that it’s inedible. I ordered the number #7 bacon ultimate cheese burger and it had one strip of bacon and the burger was the size of a kid’s meal burger. The young kid at the drive thru had a bad attitude and gave us 2 buttermilks for 5 meals & had an attitude when we asked for a couple more. I will not be returning to this or any Jack in the Box in the future. I will take my money to Whataburger where they actually care about customer service and the food they serve to customers.
