Waited at the drive through window for about 5 minutes waiting to be greeted. No one answered. So we drove to the window and both employees were sitting on there phones not helping. one was sitting on the counter drinking a drink while on the phone and the other was hiding near the soda machine.

I don’t expect much from a fast food joint, but even that was asking too much. I ordered a number 6 (Ultimate Jack) which has mustard, Mayo, ketchup, and cheese. They had almost no drink options, which isn’t the employees fault, so I chose from the few options they had. The screen when I ordered said the sandwich (no combo) and a totally different drink. They said my total was 10 and some change. So I pull up. The girl takes my payment (which is closer to $15) and lets me know they also don’t have the drink I chose to begin with. At this point I’ve been the only car in the drive through for over 5 minutes. I chose another drink and wait. Another couple of minutes go by and she brings my drink and food. She opens the bag, looks inside and says “ultimate Jack and curly fries?” I say yes and take my food. As I start to drive away she stops me. I backed up and she just stood there staring at me. So I said “is everything ok?” And she says they gave me the wrong fries. So they get me the right ones. No problem. Again, I don’t expect much and I was happy to get extra fries out of the weird exchange. At this point I’ve been there for over 10 minutes.

Giving this location a one start because ot won’t let me leave a review without giving a star. The food was absolutely horrible! We just went through the drive thru at 11:10 and my large fries tast like old cold hard stale fries. Not even to mention the fries wasn’t even filled all the way and we asked for regular fries and half the fries are curly fries. I tried to even call an complain but of course nobody answers the phone. We also ordered 4 junior bacon cheeseburgers and there was excessive ketchup and the cheese wasn’t even melted as the burger was cold. For the location to be dead with no customers when we went the food is absolutely repulsive. We spent a total of $42 to throw it all in the trash! Whoever is managing this store should be ashamed at this location. I definitely would want corporate to contact me because this is absolutely absurd.

Went through the drive thru to get some food for family. Well we waited patiently. Come to the window I had to ask for condiments as it was not offered to me and also asked for my receipt as it was not given to me. Well the girl on drive thru with glasses ignored me at first then got the condiments. But then after closed the window and I waited for my receipt. I worked fast food so I know the process of customer service. She continued to not look back at the window. We even tried to get her attention and nothing so we left. Come home to missing curly fries and then regular fries were old. I called several times to let them know as to it was late and did not want to drive back. No answer. There should always be a manager to be able to speak to. Well guess I’ll be calling tomorrow.
