Very new location at the time of this writing. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The dining area is not huge, but has good seating options both for abled and disabled customers. All the tables have traditional outlets as well as USB outlets to charge devices. Even if the drive through line is long they don’t delay dining room orders. All around good location. I have been coming here about twice a week since it opened earlier this year.

Nobody had a smile on their face, we were the only people there for about 45 min except 2 people in the drive thru and the managers plus 2 employees were hanging out in a corner not doing anything to help keep things running fast and efficient. Couldn’t even say anything to a manager because their job seemed like just a paycheck. Not a very good first impression on customers.

Food was fresh cooked, hadn’t been laying under a heat lamp. Service was fairly quick. Staff at window was very friendly. Went through drive thru so no atmosphere to report on.

The dining room was dirty, every table needed wiped off, the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped and there were no customers so it could have been done. I made an online order that should have been ready when I got there but I had to wait 15 minutes after arriving and the order was wrong. We ordered seasoned curly fries and they tasted like they were probably the only item done on time and had been sitting there for 25 minutes waiting on the rest of the food to get done. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, they were so hard I literally broke them in half as if they were still frozen but they weren’t. They were hollow, like straws. Just a horrible experience.

Terrible service. I mentioned 3 times, no onions and 4 or 5 ketchup’s. I had to go park and wait for my food which is perfectly fine. When she brought my food out she handed me 4 bags of food, none of which were mine. That’s ok, easy mistake. I went inside to pick up my food and decided to check for onions, sure enough loaded with onions. No ketchup or napkins. The icing of the cake was the employee acting like it was my fault. Booooo!

If I could rate 0, they earned every ounce of 0! Dirty burnt oil odor when drive thru window opened. Waited 40+ minutes and cars behind and in front of all waiting. Cashier said menu board was inaccurate and couldn’t figure how to key in simple items on menu. Asked for 6 sauces with 2 chicken strip orders and fries and burgers and reply was, “we don’t have that many”, gave us 2. Gave reg fries versus curly that paid. I pray I never have the urge to stop at this location. Food very dirty tasting. Franks sauce was best taste had there. Zero apologies or comment for excess delay.

Ordered 6 items. Only one of them being a meal. Currently have been waiting for 15 minutes. Couldn’t get my order correct on the screen. Super slow service. Hope it comes out right at least. I asked for my meal a large she rang up a medium.. got tired of correcting everything so just went with it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was told right when I entered that they won’t even take my order for 15 minutes because they are backed up ( I have never been told this ever at a fast food place) … there was 1 person in the lobby and 3 cars in the drive through. When I was asked to give my order by a female, I started to then was yelled at by a man to stop.

My tacos were terrible & my fries cold. When I took them back, they replaced my tacos with fresh ones, but whoever made them was very sloppy with the sauce. It was everywhere. The replacement fries were a little better, but not as good as some I’ve had before. The employees were very helpful.

We didn’t order anything complicated. Spicy chicken sandwich and a sourdough Jack. Waited 45 minutes for them to give me a completely different chicken sandwich. Pay attention to the reviews, folks. They have a problem in their order fulfillment process, and no hustle.
