I got a extreme sausage sandwich meal with a Dr. Pepper and 2 of the new breakfast tacos.vThe food was fine except for the new breakfast tacos they had little to no sausage in them and were extremely soggy. They forgot my drink I had to ask for it 3 times to 3 different people. The problem I saw was they were clearing the order prior to it being done so they didn’t know what was on the order they tried to hand me my food without my sandwich. The employees were rude to each other. I get its fast food but wow.

I Would go zero stars if that were a thing. I was in there all but 6 or 7 seconds. I walked in… greeted the woman standing at the counter…she looked at me…rolled her eyes and turned away — as I got closer to the counter, she, with classic entitled, lazy ineptitude asked: “Can I help you?” You would’ve had to have been there to see it. She said with such nastiness and complete absence of professionalism or etiquette — she asked it as if she was going to do me a favor to take my money and give me some old, heated up food! It was amazing! I mean, this Woman was in her late 50s early 60s! I told her: “Nope!”…turned and walked out. Don’t bother going here. If the service is any indicator of food quality, cleanliness, etc… you’re destined for disappointment — at best!

if i could give 0 stars to latonya i would, she had the rudest attitude and made ordering so complicated, after waiting at the drive thru for way too long before me and my friend finally asked if anyone was there, she then asked us to wait which was fine , then started our order and never said anything for about 5 mins. she finally comes back to make us restart the order and she can’t hear us so we’re talking loud and she still can’t hear us so then i feel like i’m yelling at the speaker for her to have an attitude. i asked if it would be easier to take my order at the window bc she couldn’t hear. kept saying they were out of stuff or saying the wrong thing back, she had me change my drink about 5 time, having to correct her about 10 times for the order to still come out wrong. but don’t worry i made sure to stay and have her fix it

Who ever is responding to ALL of these BAD REVIEWS really doesn’t care about customer experience. You say the same exact thing, and have been without doing ANYTHING to rectify it or make it better. At this point everyone at Jack in the Box, all the way to the top need to be fire or have some serious training. You fail. Rethink your career because you’re not very good at this one. Very disappointed.

We pulled up at 3:55 just for them to get on at 4 & say the system down. I said we been sitting here since 3:55 she gone say “you can wait” I worked for Jack a long time the system shut down for a whole 3 minutes. Find another job if you don’t wanna work simple

Every single time I decide to give this place another chance I almost immediately regret it. The wait is long, the workers are rude and the food is wrong every single time. On 3rd shift there are more workers in the parking lot taking a 420 break than there is inside working. No matter what you order you have to pull around and wait, and when finally you get your food you had better check because guaranteed it will be messed up or short. When you try to get your order fixed there is always nasty attitude. Too bad, I like Jack in the Box food but I completely give up on this store.

I had a bad Experience at this location. I ordered online to pick up at drive thru. When I got there my food wasn’t ready, but that’s not it. They told me to pull over that they were going to bring me my food. A few minutes later they come out asking if I’m the Uber person I told them no so they go to the car next to me and they gave them the food. Then the lady comes out again and the same car next to me gives the food back to the lady, she came to me again asking me if i was the uber i told her no that i placed an order online and my name is Francisco. After that the manager came out at me with an attitude telling “me do you want your food or not”. I told her I’m not the Uber person. She yelled at me but “that’s your food”. I was so mad I’m never going back to that jack in the box or maybe to any jack in the box period, because every single jack in the box have terrible reviews don’t know how they’re are still in business.
