I dont expect fine dining at a jack in the box, but this place is well below par for this chain. Regularly screws up orders. I didnt even change anything on the burgers, and the toppings were all wrong. They dont know their own menu? Just pick ingredients at random? Needs better mamagement, those kids are clueless. I went to the drive thru a little after midnight and the employees that were working were very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Especially the little scrawny white boy that handed the food to us. He handed us the food with no receipt even after we asked for it and proceeded to slam the window shut. He forgot one of our drinks and they even asked if we wanted ketchup and never even gave us the ketchup. Needless to say we will not be coming back.

Came here a while back and service was ok. Now back again and wow what difference now it is horrible. I asked for buttery jack and got again for the second time a patty that is not what is on picture. I don’t like tomatoe sauce, this old lettuce was so disgusting . So asked for mayo and mustard . So disappointed should have stuck with tacos its only $1.07 instead of almost $6.00 for just a darn burger. Plus I didn’t get a receipt so hoe can I go in and proof i didn’t order this. time was around 10:40 am.
