This is the home style chicken…. It is made fresh, but for twelve dollars it’s worth going to Chick-fil-A at that point. I received a sandwich that is more like a tender on a bun. It wasn’t bad, it was fresh, but they should do a quality check before letting it go. That picture is of two bites I took out of it, for twelve dollars, that’s the size you get. I’ve just never received something so disappointing for that price. Get one of their burgers instead. I’ve had both at this location, burgers are the better option. I have been going here off and on for convenience for the last 3 years, this is the worst I’ve seen it. Hope it’s better for you!! The food seems fresh.

Mostly visit JIB for beverage or shake when driving. Today, after visiting HNC, Stopped and dined in, had the breakfast platter, coffee and soft drink. I had to go back and this is not the 1st time this has happened. This is the instant replay of the last time I had this problem. I ask for a jumbo Jack and they asked “with cheese” and I said just plain. For the second time or MORE I got meat on bread. Nothing that makes a jumbo Jack a real jumbo jack. I just didn’t want cheese and never asked for it but got meat & bread because I said a plane jumbo jack. I’ve tried to stick to Jack-in-a-box over the years because I grew up with them. Just from one of my many trips there i had their chicken sandwich that costed as much as others and it was a completely disappointed with the taste and size. As much as I want to leave a positive feedback and support our/ my JacknDaBox, I just can not. I feel bad that the 1st Jack n the Box I ever went to on 20th and shephetd is close now. I had many good memories there. Now it is over. I tried my best to stick with you guys. I even stopped going about 1 year ago because of bad experiences and still went back a few months ago. The SAME lady that knows me, asked me where I’ve been for so long will never see me there again. I’m upset because this is the end of a 40-41 year old relationship.
