Everytime I go here its slow, and the food is bad. Last night was the last time I’ll go. I ordered 1 meal, with some roost fried on the side. Made my burger sloppy and upside down, the fries were room temp when handed to me, I got roost fries that had NO ROOST, they were a box of fries with a spoon full of cheese on them, cold and dry. It’s a waste of money to go here, I know better from past twrrible experiences but it’s the closest one to me, i will go further in the future to a different location.

I need a refund! Online says it’s open until 2am. I ordered food online around 11pm on Monday night, it said the order went through and they took my money. I went to go pick it up and they drive through had cones blocking it and a service van parked in the back. I tried to go in the lobby and the doors were locked but there were two women employees sitting in there talking. They both just looked at my and shook their heads. I tried nicely explaining my situation to them and they would not help me at all. I know they could hear me because I asked if they were closed and she nodded yes. When I asked if she could refund my money she just shook her head ‘no’. I was upset that I wasted my time and money and the employees did not care or try to work with me at all. Don’t waste your time with this place it’s a joke. Mis information online, terrible service, no one cares. Save yourself the headache and just go to McDonald’s.
