My curly fries were warm, definitely not hot and fresh, the burger was really good, we did however had to wait till after we ate for our drinks as the coke machine in the lobby was down. I did not like however is watching the cook make food with gloves on, then eating food while cooking and handling trash cans with the same gloves still on..I was here for over an hour and not once did I see one employee wash hands nor did the cook change her gloves even after playing with her chewing gum it with her still gloved hands..the same gloves..I’m appalled and disgusted right now, the video I have is the best I could get where I was sitting..

Just did a drive through order and it may be my last at this location. The staff is very rude, both at the speaker and at the window – it doesn’t matter who it is. They speak way too fast, do not pay attention to what you are saying and rush you through the order. 4 out of 5 of my last few orders were wrong including this one. I asked for no tomatoes and there were tomatoes (big deal when you’re allergic), I said sandwich and drink and they charged me for the meal, asked for ranch and of course no ranch (luckily I caught that before I pulled away). This is a consistent problem at this particular location and it’s past ridiculous.

I like to dine in around 5 to 5:30, they have supply chain issues like everyone else right now ( Sodas, Ranch Dressing, Chicken ect..), but it’s not too bad and seems to be getting better.

Let me start by saying, there are some employees that work here that are really very nice and the food is mostly decent, so this 1 star is not for them. BUT, the customer service received from most of the employees nearly every single time we visit is extremely rude. The last straw for us is when my husband went to place an order in the drive thru and the employee straight up told him that he did not want to make his order, and would not make his order. Seriously?? So we contacted Jack In the Box corporate through the website and was told that someone would be contacting us. That never happened. We later received an email survey about how the issue was resolved, and we had to report that nobody ever contacted us to resolve anything. To this day, we still have not received any form of contact, apology, explanation, etc. This is the closest location to our home, but we do drive out of the way to go to the location on HWY 26 in Richland Hills/North Richland Hills because they are so much friendlier.

Don’t eat here I got suvered a breakfast crason with mold I went back and manager says i”t haddens it’s ok a little won’t hurt you.i asked if she was going to check the bread and she said she already did it’s fine without even leaving the area to check and was dismissive to checking the rest of inventory that’s how people get sick I’d do no stars if I could.

My coworkers and I been coming almost every morning for breakfast, the lady who is here is always in a bad mood. If I ask for extra something she gets mad or have an attitude. The food is fresh but the lady’s are always mad for some reason.

Honestly havent have a problem with this place in a long time. Things were good until I walked in because I drove off before getting my order. Only to find the taco prep lady making the food with no gloves on and picking food out of the tacos. Then they wanna charge me for ranch after paying fifty dollars for my order and when I decided to cancel it, I was told they don’t issue refunds, and when I told her well I don’t trust the food. She said there wasn’t anyone there to give it to me then later came back and said she didn’t have corporate or anyone’s number to call and later went back on her words and said the higher up in position told her to give the refund since they hadn’t given me the food yet. And when I told her I didn’t want the tacos she lied and said those were mine but no one else was in store or in drive thru. She was the worst team crew leader and sucked and customer service.

I would never come here again I pulled up to get something to eat and the response I was given when I got to the window was “we are only are taking Uber and doordash orders ! WOW so you rather turn down your customers and not profit any money unless it’s door dash or Uber . Bad customer service ! Who really wants to spend more money getting a doordash or Uber order when they can just get it themselves. Straight trash . McDonald’s would never. !

I ordered a #3 and got the Texas Double Jack because the 1st menu says a #3 is a Sourdough Jack which is what I wanted. I didn’t realize the 2nd menu was different. Their menus don’t match. Then, I went again and had to wait about 15 minutes so everything should have been fresh but both the curly fries and regular fries were cold and stale.
