We went through the drive through, we Ordered other items including 2 jumbo jacks. we ordered the 2 jumbo jacks with no ketchup and what we got was 2 jumbo jacks completely plain!!! What is so difficult about no ketchup? This place always gets the orders wrong and no one answers the phone. Customer service is trash at this location. Manager is an Asian young kid, he literally did nothing, the Hispanic cook who speaks broken English got confrontational and the young Hispanic kid who took the order also did nothing. I know you don’t pay much but it is not difficult to listen to a plain order. If they can’t handle their jobs maybe they shouldn’t be working. Order total was $21.91 not worth the headache. We will not be returning.

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a breakfast sausage croissant and there was no sausage patty on it!! I work from home and was trying to grab something on the go and this is disappointing! Had I had more time I would have went back and let them know of the error that was made. This is ridiculous!! They mess up my order every single time and I have just about given up on Jack in the Box. Not a happy customer! If I could give a negative on here for ratings I would. This Jack in Box was kind of disappointing. The cashier never smiled and was obviously unhappy with her job. She dropped the F bomb to another coworker and was on her cell phone which is know to carry a lot of bacteria. She then proceeded to handle food. The food had oil dripping from it and the fries were not even hot. Not to mention there was a lot of empty boxes for napkins and the bathroom was out of paper towels.
