Whoever makes the tacos for this location needs to be fired … I’ve gotten tacos on more than 6 occasions thinking I will get different results when it’s late… when I went there last night I even asked if I could pay for extra meat… I was told yes… got back to my hotel and there was no extra meat… checked my receipt and was not charged for it it still had tacos that were mostly shell and lettuce. Every time my tacos look the same… i don’t want to eat shells and lettuce… would be nice to actually have some meat inside also like I was use to getting in Saint Louis before I came to Texas. Employees were great but I’m tired of paying for shells lettuce and cheese…

Stopped here to grab some breakfast and use the restroom could not do so because they did not have the doors open at 6:00 as the sign said. As an employee was apparently getting off she leaves the store and says the drive-thru only was open. Showed her that the sign said that it opened at 6:00 and she said again only the drive-thru was open. Asked if my daughter could use the restroom and was advised again only the drive-thru was open. Horrible customer service do not go to this location.

I usually love going to this jack in the box, almost always have great service and the coffee is always so good. But tonight we came to grab dinner and the food was just horrible. They gave us old fries and we ordered a 7pc stuffed jalapeños and they were just the worst thing they ever given us. They were stale, hard and tasted horrible. It seemed like they just gave us old food and were like refried. So sad that it’s just gone bad. Don’t recommend this jack in the box anymore.
