Won’t be back to this place. I want to order some small loaded tacos. the lady that was taking my order couldn’t hear me so I spoke up louder and she got super rude and got someone else so I had to repeat the same order over again.. and I even requested that she repeat my order back to me and she just told me to go to the window. I went up to the window and waited 5 minutes and then they gave me a large drink and the rest of my order but they were very rude to me about it.

Ordered a combo meal and 4 tacos with 4 ranch’s. The kid was beyond higher than space and told me the total was $50. At the window, I corrected the kid and he let the window close on me as im speaking (very disrespectful). After i got my food, I noticed there were no ranch cups. I came back and the second worker blurts out “they’re.25¢ each” I wanted to be rude but tried my best. Wont be back.

Went through the drive through at 2:30 am on 9/12/21. The lady taking the order (Janessa?) sighed and said “let me get to the counter and we can only take cash. I placed the order and paid. She handed me the receipt, bills and coins on top and the change fell on the ground. All the while there’s a lady standing behind her, glaring at me (see photo). At this point I no longer trusted the food and asked for a refund. Had to wait while they called the manager to come up to the store (I’m fuming at this point). I’m traveling, hungry and tired. The manager refunded my money, including the change that fell on the ground. She was very nice but she needs better employees. I won’t ever stop here when I go to Dallas.

Today the store was open. At 5:40 I sit in to make my order and no one. Then I pulled up to the first window and it took about 5 to 10 minutes before somebody noticed me at the window Even though three employees were in front of the window. One of the employees was wearing the drive through head set…… Eventually my order was taken only to get home and be disappointed with no curly fries. Ugh

At 15 minutes after 10 the lobby was closed with no lobby hours listed on the door even though it’s advertised as a 24 hour establishment on Maps. A woman was eating in at a table and the door was unlocked but an employee stated rudely that WE ARE CLOSED when I walked in! Perhaps lock the door if you are closed? Can’t go through your horrid drive thru with a trailer and your drive thru was insanely busy anyways so Whataburger got our business instead. Their lobby was open to order inside and they had adequate parking.

I asked for no mayo on my burger and the guy said it only came with mustard, I was like chill the don’t put mayo on the burgers by default and ordered a cheese burger as well. My first burger came without mayo but the second had it on it. I don’t understand why if I asked for none on the first one why he wouldn’t bring up the other one did have it on it… I was a little annoyed but I didn’t ask for it not to be on the second so that was on me, just annoyed me it was something I didn’t want on the first why wouldn’t they bring up it did come on the second one. Fries at Jack in the box are still the best but the burgers were meh… Idk it was ok there but I’d pick somewhere else next time. Arby’s fries are better anyway.

First off we are the only car there on a monday Its 11:19 am stop to get breakfast they are out of ham asked for lg sweet tea there out of sweet tea. We was like what it’s fixing to be lunch time and you have no tea. OK then nothing. Get to the window and yeah you can say attitude, I hate my job. Very disappointed. Why can we not just get good food and good customer service. That’s not asking for much.

I am a jack in the box fan, but the last visit was the worst. I had to walk by cigarette smoke from the outside cleaning person before going in. Next, the clerk did not give military discount, even after showing an ID. Third, the drinks were limited in availability (picture attached). Finally, the there was no response from the survey i filled out and gave them my name and phone number. The food was okay, but the overall experience was unsat.
