This jack in the box takes a while to get your food out. I went through the drive through. Young kids not acknowledging customers. Even a simple “your welcome” or “thank you” can go a long ways, especially when you know your customers are waiting an extedned time for their orders. Kids seemed to be more interested in laughing and playing with their coworkers. I’ve never had a chicken sandwich that seemed to be burnted..bun and all it was just hard and dry.

Stay away. Horrible at this location. They are always messing up my order, especially if you go late at night. They give you old food and they get the order wrong. EVERY TIME we go something is wrong with our order. Close to home but gotta find another location. This is my last time going. Usually see young adults working there but they need to do better. You can definitely tell they do not care what they give customers in the drive thru because they know you won’t realize the mess they give you until you get home. I had to start pulling over in the parking lot to look at my food and then have to go right back. This is a reflection of management also.

Usually I love jack in the box and never have had an issue except for today. I guess I stumbled across the wrong drive thru worker or something. He had an attitude from the very beginning, I told him I wanted the snoop dog munchie meal. Besides him screaming “MAM YOU GET TWO SIDES”. After I told him twice which two sides and he still didn’t even give me what I ordered (didn’t realize until I got home from being just shocked from the terrible customer service.) even at the end I was polite and asked for condiments and he rolled his eyes with an attitude, he gave them to me as if I insulted him. I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but this will be the last time I go to the cedar hill location I guess I’m going to have to drive to Duncanville which is a real inconvenience but to avoid all this I will.
