I ordered a small water to go with my child’s chicken nuggets. Good thing I took off the lid and looked first before handing it to her. I was still at the window so decided to show the woman at the window. Her name tag said manager on it. She apologized and stated that they do not have water right now.

No longer allowing online pickup in drive thru. Not very convenient. Went inside to pick up and noticed the store is in poor condition. Many moldy ceiling tiles, very dirty floors. I ordered a coke and discovered that it tasted like all the drinks mixed in 1 cup, this happened on return visits so I bring my own drink and pay for a cup of ice.

Over half an hour drive thru wait at 3 am on a Sunday, 7/23/23. Door Dash wanted me to cancel the order to move on to another. But would have to drive over the curb and grass. If you’re going to run a restaurant at least have enough competent staff to make fast food… Fast.

I never leave reviews. But I had just got off my shift (I work in the service industry) after seeing a man walk out with his food I proceed to pull into the drive through. Just to get told their system was down. Now I would understand if this was a once in a while situation however there was a guy who had just got his food… so how is your system down not even 20 seconds after that? This has now happened 2 days in a row.

Normally everytime you come here. You can expect your order to be messed up. Sometimes the people who work here have attitudes, even if you’re nice about it. Other times they won’t respond or acknowledge you. There are no greetings or welcoming. Atmosphere feels almost dead. I wouldn’t recommend coming here other than the fact it’s cheap and easy food but I feel like all of there locations are gonna be like this. Sometimes the food is old or cold. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes too.

Very rude service by drive thr employee and manager. I ordered 3 Jumbo Jacks and 3 order of fries, as soon as I paid I was ordered to pull around and park in the front so they can take the order to me. There was no cars behind me so I said “No thanks, I rather wait here” employee rolled eyes and called manager, manager thn very rude told me that I needed to move around the building because order for the car behind was already ready which is very weird because the one car behind me was barely ordering at the menu… lol how can it be ready? I told the manager that I was going to wait for my small simple order at the dt window and he shut the window close very rudely and made no effort in hiding how upset he was. Why are we required to wait at the parking lot instead of the dt window? Not coming back here!

I never write reviews, so believe me when I say that this location is awful. The food is great… if you can ever get your order the way you ordered it. There’s always something (or many things) missing – in fact, I just had well over half of a entire order not show up. I paid for it, it was on the receipt, which I of course checked as soon as I got it, but I mean… the thing missing should have been quite literally twice the size of the whole rest of the order. Ridiculous.
