I did a mobile order through the app. One of the items was a chocolate cake. When I picked up my order, I noticed that there wasn’t a bag for chilled items. So I proceeded to open all the bags to make sure that the cake was included. Sure enough, it wasn’t! When I asked about it, that’s when I found out that they were out of cake. They were going to just let me drive away without it! Had I not checked the bags, I would have been out of luck. I got a cheesecake instead, so that was nice. But I did not like how they were going to let me just leave without item I had already paid for. There has to be a better way of doing business with these mobile apps.

I am very terrified. THe old ladies working there were so rude toward me. I ordered for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich (With cheese on it) combo with French fry and a Red Bull can. Why is there a garbage can in the way of the driveway to enter the drive thru?? It’s 11:10pm and it’s not closed till 12 am. This is not the first time this place closes when employees feel like putting up a sign saying closed on the menu or blocking off the entrance to order by the drive thru… This is unethical I am sure the owner is unaware!!! These are the autos to the employees on duty tonight… In the 15 mins I sat here in the parking lot writing this there were about 12 autos pulling up and leaving.
