I was given two different kind of cheeses on it when it only has one specific kind of cheese. Idk why but I guess it’s what they decided to make on their own without caring about the customer. This place is awful with those new hires. Especially the ones that have the control to mark down what you order but yet don’t seem to understand your language as if you speak something else. It’s a nice new jack in the box the only way to place an order without using the drive through is a order window outside using tiny speakers. The pickup boxes are intuitive for online orders. If you come here I recommend the drive through as window service really sucks. I rang the bell and the people inside just looked at me like I was stupid, I sat in front of the order window for 10 minutes without any service.

Their drive thru has 2 or 3 lanes, but one way out.. After looking at the menu and not being able to decide what I wanted, I decided not to order anything. I’m stuck in the drive thru while they take FOREVER getting the orders for the cars in front of me! It’s been 14 minutes so far, and there are 2 more cars to go.. I haven’t had Jack in the Box in 13 years until tonight. My daughter just started working at a Jack in the Box in Houston and recommended the spicy chicken sandwich, so that’s what I ordered along with onion rings. The sandwich was good.
