Still horrible service. I decided to give this place one more try because I was there and it was convenient. It was around 1:30PM and there was no one in the drive-thru, so I pulled up to the ordering station. I sat there for at least 2 or 3 minutes without hearing anything. Also, there were workers taking out trash and walked past my car more than once. I don’t know if the place was open or not, but they didn’t bother to acknowledge my presence, or apparently tell anyone inside there was somebody waiting.

Absolute worst service ever!!!! Took nearly 40 mins to get our food and by the time that we got it the fries on all five meals were completely cold and stale. We were the only people inside. At 30 mins I asked why it was taking so long, they claimed they had 10 plus cars in drive through… my small kids and I had been walking around the outside of the building to keep them entertained they weren’t 10 deep. Maybe 1 or 2 every few mins… not enough to make us wait that long. Ridiculous. Worst part was finding a crack pipe in their parking lot which happened to be found by my 6yr old. Disgusting!!!

Several of the items we had planned on ordering they were out of. When we got to the window we were told to pull around. After waiting 15 minutes my husband decided to go inside to find the status of our food. That’s when we found out they had given our food to someone else. A few minutes later someone did bring our food out when we looked through the bags we realized they had left both sandwiches out. So my husband went back inside and told them. Then several more minutes later they brought out the sandwiches. We waited 24 minutes total. Also want to add they were not busy at the time we were there.

Pulled into the drive-thru with two cars ahead of me took 24 minutes to get to the window and when I did I was greeted by employee at the drive-thru window who was clueless on how to do their job. Very slow the last two times I’ve been here and very unprofessional. And then when I get my food it’s cold half cooked what a waste of money time

the wait was ridiculous. i got one (1) thing off the menu (the loaded tiny tacos) and i received my order incomplete. there was only cheese on the taco. yes, taco. not tacos. no lettuce. no hot sauce. just cheese on the top taco.

Very slow drive thru. They take one order at a time, get that person out of drive-thru then move onto the next. You’re literally waiting 20 minutes if not more jus to get your order and your food. They clearly need better employees who can run a drive-thru and take orders

Ive always loved jack in the box so its disapponting to have to leave this comment but i think the mgmt should know. I came in about 1230 on a Wednesday. The store was mostly empty, the car in front of me was sitting there for several minutes and didnt have to pull around and there wasnt anyone behind me in the drive thru. So when they asked me to pull around i questioned it and apparently that isnt allowed because the thin African American girl was extremely rude. She finally brought my food out, didnt look at me at all, she jus slammed the bag into my hand and when i grabbed it she put her hand up like in a “bye felicia” type way. No “thank you” no nothing. This isn’t the first time shes acted like that but i let it go before. And ive been hearing my coworkers also say shes been rude when they go. If she doesn’t like her job she should find another because its not fair to take out her frustration on loyal patrons of your business. Im not asking for anything jus thought yall should know how folks are being treated.

We placed an order through the app. We had to go through the drive thru to pick it up. After being in the drive thru for 20 minutes we finally got our order. Once we got the order home, there were several items that were incorrect. I tried to call the restaurant several times and the call was never answered. I drove back to the restaurant and waited in line to let them know what had happened. I asked for the manager and was told. There was not one on duty. I asked for whoever was in charge and a young lady came over but acted as if she didn’t want to talk to me. I explained that the order was incorrect, that the drinks were half filled and many items were missing. There were no fries in the order, the chicken nuggets were missing, the hash browns were missing. I asked her to remake the entire order which to her credit she did. When I got home this time I discovered they had put the same breakfast sandwich back in and it was now 30 minutes old and cold and there were still no hash browns. The fires were also ice cold. I am not sure what the issue is with this particular location but it is rare that I get an order that is 100% correct. Today was even beyond the normal little mess ups that I can usually over look.
