The employee with the tattoo of butterflies on her neck had an attitude with me after having to issue me a refund because they didn’t have the stuff to make me a jumbo jack jr. Mind you she originally submitted an order for the regular size jumbo jack. I had no idea she submitted the order like that until I heard the total and noticed it was higher than the price expected, so I politely verified and corrected her. She then tells me that they didn’t have the stuff to make it because they ran out of the smaller patties. She asked if I wanted a refund I said yes. So she said with an attitude well give us back our burger, mind you she never even handed me anything. I let her know that no one gave me a burger and she just got upset. Then she said “so you gonna keep our water too?” I was confused because the water is free. She seemed high or something. Jack In The Box needs to do better in their hiring process.
