This is by far the best jack n the box I’ve been to near the St. Louis area. Friendly staff fast service, people who generally liked their job or at least made it fun. I’m going to be upset when I go to another one and not get this service. The food was great,and the place was clean. Other Jack n the boxes and other restaurants in general could learn from this location. Good parking for truck and trailer.

It’s the only place open along I70 after midnight. The fries were hot and so were the burgers. Plenty of napkins, friendly service. Took a few minutes but worth it if it’s hot and fresh! Will be back again if we have a late night flight!

Been going to this J in the B for about 20 years. We’ve tried to eat here 4 times over the last month or so. The first time the food was good. Gave us the wrong burger. They remade it, no problem. Service was good. The inside was NOT clean. Floor was sticky, tables dirty, no ice, most of of the soda options were out so we had to ask for our drinks to be filled behind the counter. Second time, lobby was locked and drive thru was backed up so we went to Burger King. Third time, drive thru and lobby were both closed but there were people inside. Today, we decided to try one last time bc I really like the grilled chicken sandwich. Lobby was open. Floor was clean. No ice, soda was flat, no ketchup. Took almost 15 mins to get our food but there were a lot of door dash orders ahead of us. The food was not good today, unfortunately. This will be our last time eating here for awhile.

I got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I didn’t like it at all. The biscuit was dry and big. I couldn’t taste the sausage because of the biscuit. I couldn’t find the egg, but I did find and taste the egg. I would not eat there for breakfast. I waited at the window for 10 minutes for the sandwich. It wasn’t worth it.

The food was typical, the store was a little wild for the moment, but the girl who took my order apologized for the wait and was super nice. I think it was shift change or they were short handed still 5 stars for the effort and still getting after it.

Jack in the box has good food. I love their tacos! The employees are friendly and they keep the place clean. I will visit this location again for the food and convenience of location but I expect to have to wait if I order inside. The food will be hot and taste good even though it may take a little while to get.

There is nobody in front of me in the drive-through. I waited five minutes before I got to order. Waited another 10 minutes at the window before I got my food. I ordered 10 tacos And a spicy triple cheese bacon curly fry. When I place my order at the drive-through speaker box the time was nine after 10. The time that I checked out at the window after he threw the bag at me pretty much was 23 after 10. I like Jack-in-the-Box but I did not like the experience at this Jack-in-the-Box

Food is always fresh and hot! if for some reason it isn’t the manager will fix it no questions asked! So happy there’s at least ONE good fast food place that’s open late as I work nites.

They almost always get our order right, and we order for 6 people. Lately they have been really consistent with the food being hot and fresh. We get the tiny tacos. My whole van gets them, so we order 7 orders of tiny tacos and all are hot and fresh. My main annoyance with this location is the drive thru line takes a long time and the exit to the road has horrible pot holes. The food being hot and delicious makes that annoyance less annoying and there’s a second exit. But if you’re in a hurry, probably not the place for you. The staff the last time through were very friendly and made sure they got our order right. They handed it through the window and said what was in each bag. It was a very efficient way of triple checking the order.

The employee taking orders was extremely rude. Our food was barely warm and my tacos were so hard I was afraid I was going to break a tooth. Very sad as Jack has been one of my old time favorites.
