I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but this Jack in the Box has been the worst one by far. For the third time i’ve waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes no response. Today I was there at 11:50 and was told they could get to me as soon as possible, at 10:15 still nothing. I drove past and the employees are all just standing there behind the counter doing nothing (three people) two others were walking out. Another time they shut down 2 hours early? And another time they shut down their drive through only open for deliveries.

We pulled into the drive through with one car in front of us at the speaker. After waiting several minutes, this car pulled away without ordering and we advanced to the speaker st 1049pm. All the posted hours state this locations drive thru is open until midnight on Fridays. We waited several minutes with no response at the speaker and then pulled forward to the window. Several employees were visible in the store and made eye contact with us but no one would come to the window or respond in any way. If they were closed, then the hours need to be updated and the exterior lights turned off at that time. And employees could simply inform customers they are closed, rather than blatantly ignoring people. This was such a terrible experience. We drove over 20mins out of our way tonight specifically to visit this store which was supposed to be open and I an incredibly disappointed with this terrible experience

Immediately after pulling up to the menu board, a gentleman greeted me by saying he couldn’t take my order because he had a doordash order to make(cook) and that he was the only one there working. I’ve come to this specific location many times and every single time either no one answers the intercom or they are only taking door dash orders through the drive thru during operating hours. I’ve seen many complaints about this issue and it’s apparent no one is addressing it. Poor service and management. Such a disappointment. I went to Rally’s instead. They were polite, quick, helpful and I got hot food. Don’t waste your time.
