Was charged $309 extra for nothing and charged 2x for the food because of a mistake caused by the owners putting someone who didn’t know how to do their job correctly in a position dealing with money. I was refunded quickly but have to wait 5 to 10 business days for it. I don’t know who’s ok with missing $300+ for up to 2 weeks when they have a family to feed and bills to pay, but it’s totally unacceptable. This is a very serious mistake. Never will I be a customer again and will pass this along to everyone else I know who orders food. You’re losing multiple customers over this . Thank you for doing something that is basically taking the food out of a child’s mouth.

Let’s just say that the first time I ever tried the food from this place it was amazing. The second time wasn’t so great my chicken wings were stale and smelled and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The third time I waited over an hour for food, called the restaurant phone didn’t ring, waited 10 min till I was finally able to get someone on the phone. To get the run around about my food to be told it was on its way to someone calling me back and saying the kitchen never received it. Unorganized is all I can say cause I spoke to three different people and got a different response from those three people. Let’s just say that was my last time ordering from this place I’m not one to leave reviews but today was the day.

Don’t know what happened here order after order (it’s only a cpl times a yr treat) the quality has declined to where tonight will be the last. Crab Rangoon is now deep fried cream cheese pockets, note the pic of the ? pork? Fried rice (rice, a sprout and maybe 3 tiny bits of pork if it’s even that, too small to even tell) served to me upright sideways in a 6pack size bag. Styrofoam clamshell doesn’t do well stored vertical in a paper bag!!

There was only one person working, I tried making my order and she walked away from me. My friend made a order and it took the lady a hour and a half for her to get the order. We go home and the lady forgot two things she ordered. Had to go all the way back and had to wait again. I’ll Never go back there again. The food wasn’t all THAT anyways. I wish Peacock was the way it used to be that was the Spot right there. But I’m gonna try it again and see how they are. Because when the original owners sold the Peacock restaurant the food just wasn’t all that great. I’ll try them one more time and I’ll let you all know what I thought. Thank you.

We called to order food it was 56$ then we had multiple employees including a child calling saying different prices and messing up the order then refusing a refund after we canceled our order. I do not recommend. Go to wong wok instead.
