How do I put this. So let’s start by saying the food was good. My friends that joined me enjoyed their food as well. Now to what we had to endure to get this good burger. Upon on arriving we notice that they were pretty busy so I wanted to get on the waiting list to dine. There were several person’s standing in the lobby to get on the list including me.I was located at the open door in which I was told the door has to be closed, cool I stepped out to make this happen. After some persons were seated there was room for me to step back in to get on the list. At this point it’s been about 10 minutes just to get on the list, As I’m waiting to get on the list again and to be acknowledged or if I needed assistance more people came into the lobby to get on the list. At that time a lady came over to assist and started to sign people on the waiting list right in front of me. She didn’t ask who was next or anything just started to assign persons on the list.I quickly told her while she was signing others up that I had been waiting to get on the list. She gave this smug look and continued to sign the party in that just walked right in front of me.I finally got signed in behind two parties that walked in ahead of me. We waited outside another 15 minutes to watch the two parties that walked in way after I had been there be seated. The two guest that I was with at this point were like man we can just leave and I told them no. It is important that this place understand what they did. After being seated and receiving our food, I told the server what could have been done differently at the front door. She explained to me that they usually have a hostess and tonight they didn’t.I discussed with her the importance of acknowledging consumers if you dont know the order they came by asking who was next.This didn’t happen.She apologized and thank me for making her aware. She took$5 off of the check which wasn’t necessary but accepted. I’ve been in Huntsville all my life and I love my city. When it comes to downtown, it’s a nostalgic uncomfortable feeling for minorities that we are not received in Establishments. This is sad that in 2023 those feeling are the same. Do I speak of all businesses downtown no, but on this visit it felt that way

What a heavenly place. After finding out that I had a peanut allergy the staff took the most precautions I’ve ever seen to ensure the lack of cross contamination and we so kind regarding it. Now on to the food. The Cobra Kai burger was insane, easily the most flavorful burger I’ve every eaten. I highly recommend and will for sure be back. Thank you for serving my wife and I.

Great little pub in downtown Huntsville. The staff were Awesome, very friendly, courteous, and professional. Had the Cowboy Burger with fries and sweet tea. Burger was great, fries were too, the atmosphere felt like being at a grill out. Great place for meeting up with the guys or chill type date night with out the kids. Just down the street from the park, makes it a great location to have diner and then take a stroll around the downtown area.

What a chill pub! Great selection of craft beers and ciders. If it’s late night in Huntsville and you’re hungry, the food at Jack’s is amazing. Hot fries and hot burgers. We had the Coba Kai. Unfortunately, I forgot to snap a picture of my food when it came to me. After the first bite, I couldn’t let it out of my hands. One of my favorite Huntsville foodie finds.

Best burger downtown hands down. I’ve had there burgers three different ways now and it’s always top notch. There all the way fries are heaven sent. Atmosphere is pretty cool too that off with a great beer selection and we have a winner!

This was my second time to visit Jack Brown’s. I got the Cobra Kai burger and it was delicious! They keep a variety of beers on tap and rotate them so there’s always something new to try. They also have a special sauce that is pretty good on the fries. It was a little slower than estimated getting seated, but it was a busy place on a weekend. The price for the flavors is top notch. I definitely plan on coming back.

The burgers are so good. I personally recommend the Greg Brady, but there is something for everyone. The best is sitting outside to eat. The inside is loud and cramped. It’s not bad because the service is so good, but conversation is challenging.
