I have high expectations when the price point for the restaurant is this high. The service was disappointing when the waitress forgot to put in my side order. I had to flag her down and ask where it was. Just “oops, i forgot to put it in, would you like me to put it in now?” The salmon was good. Flavor and texture on point. The oysters Rockefeller were overcooked. And the banana cream pie was bland. The nut crust of the pie was the best part.

I usually like going out for a steak dinner, but Jack Binion’s in Las Vegas was a real disappointment. The service was impressive, but overall, the atmosphere and food were subpar. Maybe because I am partial to the Jack Binion’s in Council Bluffs, IA. The steaks and atmosphere have never been let down there. The next time I visit Las Vegas, I will be sure to avoid spending over $200.00 at the Horseshoe Casino’s Jack Binion’s. On a positive note, however, the casino was definitely super interesting and would recommend gambling there. Just don’t waste your money at Jack Binion’s steakhouse.

We came here a day before valentines day after a horrible experience at primal steakhouse. We LOVED everything from the shrimp cocktail, to the dessert! Do not skip the meac and cheese its phenomenal. Prime rib was excellent & the pepper shrimp was great. My favorite part is always dessert but I loved everything even the drinks were good! Pretty affordable as well. Can’t wait to come back.

One of the best meals we’ve ever eaten! Loved the vibe (Sinatra and steely dan) and they allowed us to linger because it wasn’t too busy. Waiter was just what you’d expect at a steak house. Scallops and prime rib were marvelous. Smoky whiskey drink was fun. Horseshoe casino is beautiful.

We had the BEST experience ever with Javier as our waiter!! He was on top of everything from filling up our wines to cleaning off our crumbs off the table. We ordered the bone in ribeye as well as the asparagus and creamed spinach! For dessert we had banana cream pie and layered chocolate cake Everything was cooked to perfection His personality was amazing as well and definitely the best service we have had in a long time!!
