We ordered the filet and the chicken breast. The filet was cooked perfectly at medium rare, and the chicken was excellent, especially since there was no extra salty seasoning taste.

Ate there yesterday, I had the prime special and it was amazing. The waitress was awesome and was very accommodating. The spouse had a filet minion I believe and we both really enjoyed it. Wehn we visit Austin we try to stop here for a meal on the way back home. well priced for the quality. You are treated like part of the town and I would highly recommend.

Great all around!!! We ordered appetizer – Corn Nuggets (Awesome!!) & Entrees – Chicken Fried Steak dinner & the Pork Chop dinner (also AWESOME!). Our server was very friendly & personable. Will definitely visit again when in the area!

My husband’s favorite chicken fried steak. The waitstaff is hustling but unorganized, never got several things we’d asked for. My chicken was fine, but I wouldn’t get it again. The dessert case looked fantastic, portions were so big there was no room for dinner. I look forward to going back and trying something else. It wasn’t bad…just not great.

Food was delicious! And they had some great options for kids as well! Only complaint is that it was quite warm inside the dining area, just enough to be uncomfortable. We came with a large group and they were able to accommodate us very nicely, and everyone enjoyed their meals!

Food and waitress were great. Real American Southern Catfish and not the Chinese knockoff everyone serves today. Steak was great and much better than the high dollar Steakhouse we ate at in Buffalo Gap last week! Wait was a little long but can excuse for a Saturday night during Antique Show.

Really good food! Does not taste like they got it from a Cisco’s truck. Fresh vegetables, big portions, and juicy chicken. The service was also great and everyone seemed really happy to be there. Will definitely visit again!

Love this place – excellent CFS (our choice this time), rolls, loaded baked potatoes and outstanding onion rings. Mesquite grilled steaks have always been very good and tasty too. We drive from Austin, always worth the drive.
