Stopped In today on Fathers Day. The place was very busy and we were seated quickly. We had a young waiter guessing. 17-19 years old. He definitely knew what he was doing. Took our order with out writing anything down and handled it like a pro. He was running circles to at least 7-8 more tables. Never missing a thing. My son 15 ordered biscuits and Gravy. I ordered the omelette Southern style. With crisp hash browns and home made bread. Our order came out fast and our waiter filled our drinks. I trued my sons gravy it tasted really good. My omelet was perfect and the hash browns could have not been more perfect. The home made white bread was very similar to sour dough. Water still taking care of 6-7 tables and seated people as they came in.

Stopped by Saturday afternoon with some friends on the way to the lake, had such a good experience. Food was amazing. Staff is so friendly and personable small town everyone knows everyone thing. I had the tenderloin sandwich 10/10 perfect. Shared some laughs with our waitress she was great. Can’t remember waitress name Mary maybe?

I really hate to say it but the salad wasnt that good. The lettuce was old and no good. Some pieces tasted bitter, and the turkey had the texture of lunchables meat. The croutons and the ranch were good, but everything else about the salad wasnt. I ended up not finishing it. I’ll probably come back and try something else next time. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the portion was a good size for the price, its just a shame it wasnt as good as i hoped.

Surprised by this gem of a place. Showed up 30mins before closing and they all had a pep to their step. Salads are fresh, large, filling, and worth the trip. Love the fact dressing is to the side. Fried chicken and steak were done right and Breakfast is also worth the trip, large amounts of eggs, done the way you ask. I am picky, my scrambles soft was on the mark. Pancakes were great tasty and great. Just have to ask for your hashbrowns to be crispy if that is your thing.

Overall the food was great. The waitress wasn’t too great. I had to literally chase her down to get a refill on water. They were a little racist. Beware of that.
