I had to go in and edit this post as apparently not allowed to leave more than one. The weirdo owner replied to this review and gave me a fake number for corporate! They just let anyone buy into a franchise ! If I could give 0 stars I would . I went on Saturday 8/12/23 and my experience was HORRIBLE from beginning to end . There was a party in there and the one cashier was serving them and asked me to wait . I sat by the register and the owner came out back and asked if he could take my order . He was rude and short and insinuated I was mistaken when I explained I couldn’t call in my order because they wouldn’t answer the phone! I sat in there for 28 minutes when they had very little business just to get two 15 piece wing orders . During the wait it started pouring down raining in sheets . When my food was finally up , she popped the boxes and I’ve never in my life seen wings so small literally ! But I was not going to ask for refund after that long wait in addition to the weather and I’m hungry . Get back home , not only were my flavors wrong but the wings and fries were sooo hard they literally crunched like I was chewing ICE . they were old wings he redropped and sauced . They were like jerky . I paid close to $50 for 30 tiny wings and 2 hand fulls of fries . It’s pouring down still and I live over 20 minutes away so I called . The supposed manager said the owner cooked my wings and no way they were old because they only sale fresh wings . They are never even frozen (which makes no sense) therefore insinuating I was a liar and reluctantly offered me to drive all the way back down in the rain 25 minutes away so I could trade the wings out. Firstly I was charged 1.30 for 1 ranch my food was cold and my catfish nuggets had bones in them .I am trying to call right now I just left and I can’t get answer . There was no one in there and now I can’t get anyone on the phone I paid 14 dollars for wings and they came in this box with burnt fries . My wings were old and red dipped because they soaked the oil up. I would like the owner to contact me please I just left there about 30 minutes ago .

Thursday after work flare is on point. They had a DJ, hookah and happy hour specials. The service could have been a smidge better but I won’t say that was a deal breaker. The wings were on fire! Loved them wings!

I agree with Brittany! It seems to be the owner/manager or whoever he is. My husband and I just left. I ordered lemon pepper wings wet, and I should have known when the server asked me if I wanted mild, medium, or hot? I did not want mild wings with lemon pepper sprinkles….Nevertheless, the wings were so salty, I couldn’t eat them. I asked the server for some butter or something to cut the salt down. She brought more wing sauce which of course made the salt even worse. I asked could I get a different flavor. The owner/manager (or who knows who he was) came over and when I explained the situation, he had enough nerve to tell me “Well lemon pepper is salt…” in a condescending tone. He exchanged for another flavor, but I was upset by then because of his demeanor. Never have I ever ordered lemon pepper wings and gotten mild with lemon pepper sprinkles instead. I am one that happens to like small wings which JR Crickets is known for. However, this location definitely has a problem with the food and the customer service which is hurting JR’s reputation! The server had a pleasant attitude and even told us to have a nice day as the owner sat and looked with his arms folded . Sir, we were going to Davinci’s pizza originally and chose JR Crickets when we saw it because I told my husband I like their small wings…bad choice!

I had to make a run to summit racing and got hungry after I picked up my parts. So I found J.R Crickets. I made my order and had a beer in the process, while waiting the waiter approached me and said she’s gonna add 10.00 to my order because they ordered a pay per view fight. I replied no, I’m not here to watch a fight I live 2 hours away and just stopped for a quick bite to eat. She then replied you gonna have to live with your order then if you don’t wanna pay to watch

The food is flavorful every time I’ve been to this location. The consistency in the sizes of the wings is why I gave them a 3. Also, I ordered a Philly, and it was a good flavor, but the size was smaller than what a Philly should be. The atmosphere is always a good vibe with the DJ and games they have. Even though this location is closer to where I live, I’ll just go back to the downtown location or lovejoy location.

If you’re a chicken wing fan, I highly recommend checking out this restaurant! Their wings are absolutely delicious and definitely some of the best I’ve had. But it’s not just the food that sets this place apart, it’s also their exceptional customer service. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and appreciated. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about your experience. And if you’re in the mood for a drink, I highly recommend their rum punch. It’s the perfect complement to the wings and is a great way to get a quick buzz. Overall, if you’re looking for great wings, great service, and a great drink, you won’t be disappointed at this restaurant!

Honestly, I have never felt so belittled in my life. This place completely ignored me as soon as I step into the building to pick up my order. Then they told me the order was never placed. I had to show them my receipt, and they still thought I was lying. I had to replace my order. Then I was made wait another hour for just 10 pieces of wings other people that got there after me we’re getting their food faster than me and they had ordered four times the amount of food. I will never go back to this place after I finally got my food they made me leave because it was an online order. This is just ridiculous. They even charged me extra for the confusion. Like Bruh that was not my fault. That was your fault.

Food was great! We were told a specific drink was $11 each when in reality we were charged $15 each. Also, we were charged for an 18% gratuity and an additional 4% as a service charge (it was only two of us).
