This was our first time at JPeters and it was fantastic! SARAH W. was our waitress and was extremely nice, attentive, & knowledgeable about the menu. We got the Hot Lave Shrimp, the Prime Rib, and the Blackened Chicken Alfredo. All 3 were incredible and very flavorful. I would leave more than 5 stars if I could! 10 out of 10 will definitely be eating there again!

Our waitress did not tend to our table for the first 45 minutes we were there. We had to flag down a waitress 3 times to get our drink order, and she wasn’t even our normal waitress. She gave us a lot of sass and would complain when we asked for drinks. Her name was Jess. Super awkward and rude encounters with her the only 3 times we saw her the whole night. Also had to go inside and flag down to get our checks and pay. Food was fine, but some of the dishes were flat out gross. Not a good experience with Jess at least

Came in recently for some quick grub before you closed. Staff was nice and our bartender Leslie went above and beyond for us. Her positive attitude was 2nd to none. The food was great, she was busy but got everything to us quickly while not letting any of her customers feel unattended. Even though one lady was being obnoxious and rude to her, she held her professional character and continued to smile. Not something you see often in this industry, especially with rude and unruly patrons in the mix. Love love love the croissants! Suggestions would be, extend business hours just a tad (maybe 1 more hour for us late comers getting off work), praise your staff and give Leslie a raise!

When we arrived there were only about 5 tables being served. We order salads and dinners, all salads came out wrong, then they brought 3 salads at different times over the next 1/2 hour. Orders 4 meals and only 2 came out correctly after waiting 45 minutes. Waitress kept apologizing for the mistakes, we have eaten here at least 5 other times but this will definitely be the last time.
