Didn’t rate atmosphere because I got a doordash. The pizza was actually a pretty good pizza. The fries were kind of limp and it’s a pretty far fetch to call the wings jumbo. 18 Wings costing over $25 I actually expect to be jumbo but the flavor was decent. All in all I’d say go for the pizza and leave everything else.

J J’s was a turn-off as we walked through the front door. The smell of rancid fry-grease was overpowering. And who was the puss-face guy sitting at the front door – dirty looks going in and going out. The pizza was ordinary but edible. We were hoping for better per the reviews we had read. When a pizza joint offers you honey to go with your pizza , they been around the block a few times and deserve to be in your Top 5 Pizza spots list, for sure. J J’s Pie Co. is indeed a worthy contender in that battle Pizza not your thing? JJs has been around for a long time so have something going. Parking was good. Resturant was chilly so bring a jacket. Price is what you expect for pizza. Pizza was good, a bit greasy but nothing horrible.

You never know what you were going to get with this place, if it’s snowing, forget about it they will close down early and shut the door in your face. The food is good, but they bring you all three courses at once. Ridiculous. Give me the salad first and the appetizer then bring the pizza. Don’t bring all five things at once. Low class joint not really trying.

Where do I start, DELICIOUS PIZZA. I live in Vegas and whenever I’m in Reno, I have to go out of my way to stop by JJ’s. I’d say it’s a bit pricey but well worth it. I only ever get the Valdez and it’s amazing. This last trip also got pepperoni and onion, and got wings that came with garlic bread. This was some of the best garlic bread you can get anywhere. Went back to my hotel and destroyed this food.

The tomato sauce is pretty sweet, so if you like that, great, but I don’t. The dough is not very flavorful. The pizza needs ranch and siracha/dried red peppers to increase the taste. Fries are excellently seasoned and onion rings were great.

Sunday night at 7:30p we were hungry for dinner. We came here because the website said open til 9p. When we ordered we were told they close at 8p, so we got pizza to go. Soon after we arrived, a group of people came in to order & were told there wasn’t time for a to go order. They said they called & the phone message said open til 9p. They left disappointed, but we weren’t because the pizza was good!
