Wanted to try this place since I don’t have one back home, and Chicago is too far. Fries didn’t come with chicken wings like they do in Chicago. Had to pay extra for them. Perch was cut into small ¼ pieces, not served as whole fillets like they’re supposed to be and overcooked. Didn’t realize until I made it home. Big “No Refunds” sign on counter. More expensive too. Spent over $100. Had to pay over the phone for orders $30+, didn’t really feel comfortable giving card number over phone.

What I ordered vs what I received. Asked if the picture was perch or catfish. Was told it’s catfish. Ordered 2 piece dinner for $11 and received what looked like a half empty kids meal. Fries were spongy like they were cooked while thawed or not cooked enough. Fish was seasoned ok but sitting in a pool of oil no bread. Cole slaw in mini condiment cup was starting to separate.

Spent over $50 here and everything that was fried had obviously over cooked because it all tasted SCORCHED. Not burned. But it was like the fried chicken you’d get at any Walmart in the country. Simply over cooked.

Good customer service clean environment and fresh well seasoned food. I’m tony and I’m a vegan I would the community to know that if you are vegan or allergic to shrimp they had vegan shrimp and a vegan menu there but not to many people knew about it please if we can start requesting those things we can get it back.

This place was more that I expected, I looked online at the menu and my initail impression was a small takeout place. But there is a very nice dining area with a complete bar to the rightside as you walk in. Very nice. Service was awesome. I personally had the Pick two which was Jumbo shrimp and Perch with a side order of Fried Okra. Very Delicious…couldnt stop eating the Okra till it was gone…Now I know where to get my hankering for Okra fix satiated. Wonder job all of you and thank you…
