Very casual and somewhat Americanized Vietnamese food. The service was good but the wait for the food was a bit long. The table tops are sticky even after being cleaned. Great menu selections and plenty of parking. The steak and garlic noodles were pretty good. The pho was good but the noodles were thicker than usual. Would come back to try some other dishes if I’m in the area again.

Vietnamese fusion. Has been a while that I felt so pleased after trying out a restaurant. Ask them for the summer menu! Grilled prawn and crab fried rice are phenomenal. From the regular menu, love the beef banh mi plus bone marrow. Already thought about what I wanna order next.

This was our first time here, and we ordered the Special Pho, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The flavor of the broth was exceptional, and the fresh noodles made it even better. The service here is excellent as well. This place is further away from where we live, but we will most definitely be back. I very highly recommend this place.

Love this spot! Its right down the street from my house, its my first time coming here. Me and my wife really enjoyed this place. I had the sweet&chilli wings and my wife had the rib eye pho with bone marrow. Super amazing place very well designed! We will be coming back!

I really want to give this restaurant 5 stars but the wait for the food to coming out is so long ( around 30min or more ) . The food was good and delicious . We got Banh Mi Chao ( Steak ) with Bone Marrow , the sauce inside was delicious . Good portion of meat . Crispy Rice Cake , its was a bit non traditional but they still make it delicious . Also got try their Crispy Fish from the Summer Menu which is also good . Overall they do had good food and excellent services but the times of waiting for the food to come out is a too much for me . Will come back to try more food but maybe not on Weekend anymore .

The five stars I gave JAM Viet Kitchen shouldn’t be the only starts they have…(hint, hint Michelin). The staff were unbelievably kind and attentive, and the pho was hands down the best I’ve ever had. They pride themselves on their 24-hour broth you’ll know why once you take that first sip. Deep rich flavor with a smokey jaminess from the marrow, and bright floral notes thanks to the bounty of traditional add-ons like basil, lemon, and jalapeño.Super clean restaurant with a quaintness to it that makes you feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I had dinner for the first time here yesterday and it was so tasty! I got the special pho (one with the bone marrow) while he ordered noodles with orange chicken. The churros are really yummy too and we highly recommend the iced coffee drink with egg!

Absolutely my new favorite restaurant! Went 2 days in a row for the crab udon soup. It is superb! My friend ordered the macaroni pasta with tofu, flavorful and huge portion. Definitely will be back!
