Drive through at Red Bank Road location was a little slow but service was friendly and the order filled correctly. For the price I have to say the sandwich has seemingly shrunk over the years. Potato pancake is a staple and the Matza ball soup is a Friday-only specialty.

We walk in at 7:35 on Friday evening and a male employee greeted us and let us know we could sit anywhere. It was completely void of any customers. It went down hill quickly from there. Most of the tables had crums on top, yet the floors were wet from being recently mopped. We finally found a table that was somewhat clean and sat down. We looked at the menu for less than a minute the without any employee saying a word to us, we got up and left. Who cleans the floors on a Friday evening 1.5 hours before they close and without cleaning off the tables. Horrible customer experience and employee training.

We ordered an extra potato pancake, didn’t receive it. And the kids grilled cheese wasn’t even melted. It was like 5 slices of American cheese between to slightly toasted pieces of bread. Very disappointing. The goetta Reuben was amazing tho!!

Was staying at the Holiday Inn up the hill and was looking for some place close to eat. I liked how you can get a half a sandwich. I got the Ruben which was filling. The potato pancakes was a great snack at the end of the night.

I’d never been here before. The reuben was incredible. Flavorful throughout, moist bread…every bite was delicious. It came with a potato pancake that was the perfect balance of crispy outside and soft inside with great seasoning.

Decent reuben— slightly above average taste but smaller in portions vs value. Potato cake was greasy and bland but the pasta salad was delish, cold & refreshing! The takeout order was wrong with several of the items.

If you go I would recommend the fish sandwich or hamburgers. The reuben sandwiches will have you hunger again in a hour or two. The staff was friendly and helpful. The deep fried potato pancake was excellent! The beef barley soup was good and hot. All in all not a bad place to go.

I have never been here before. It was very good. Stephen was our server. He patiently explained everything perfectly to us. We had the Ruben and Joe Walters. Out of both of them I loved the Ruben the best. We were given kosher pickles at the table.

Ordered a Pastrami on a Pretzel Bun and Half a Pastrami Reuben. After about 15 minutes of waiting in three drive thru, I ended up with two Pastrami on pretzel bun sandwiches. They were good but not what I had ordered, and I didn’t want to wait again for them to get it right. The potato pancakes did not seem fresh at all. Seemed a little disorganized, because after I played another worker came to the window to have me pay again. I replied that I already had paid. Not sure we’ll be coming back to this location

I got a half Reuben and I loved it! I had never actually had a Reuben before but apparently Izzy’s is famous for it so I had to try it. It was a very delicious sandwich. The potato pancake was also very good. I got chicken noodle soup and it wasn’t the best, but overall the meal was delicious. I’ll definitely be back.
