DONT LOOK 4 A RESTAURANT…ITS A FOOD TRUCK!!! I got the Chicken n shrimp dinner w/veggies and chick fried rice, added filet mignon….SUPER YUMMY…great substitute for benihanas without the wait/show…the menu is very simple, SURF TURF VEGGIES RICE…go for it!!!!!

The food is good, but I ordered shrimp on both plates and they only gave us 5 on one plate and 4 shrimp on the other plate. I was told by the cashier 7 shrimp per plate, also you guys are a little needy with the garlic butter… $50-60 on plates and I can’t get extra butter. Also, make sure you have enough food to cover your customers. We don’t want to hear you don’t have this or that item on the menu, that’s why we came…

My cousin suggested this food truck while we were all sitting around thinking about what to get for dinner, we get to where the truck is parked (always in the same location) there was about 3 people in line. I guess it’s a spin on “benihana” …I’ve never been to benihana so I can’t speak to its similarities or differences. However I can speak to this places expensive prices and mediocre food ….its Hibachi style cooking with big batches of pre made fried rice and cooked vegetables. I ordered chicken and shrimp and a side of filet mignon. Which cost $30 bucks I got about 4 pieces of shrimp and my fillet mignon was tough . Not to much flavor but it wasn’t bad. It was definitely a healthier option and was pretty decent but definitely not worth $30.

Three stars mainly for service. The food is good. And the leftovers the next day is even better. Don’t say you open at 3pm when you have 20 people waiting in line for an hour. Just push your hours back to 4 or even 5pm. If you want noodles get there early. They sell out fast. If you go after 6pm you probably wont get any and that’s if they have any available although the advertise they do on their Instagram. Don’t and I mean DONT get steak. Its a waste of money. We ordered Filet Mignon medium and instead it was well done. Check your order before you leave to make sure its correct. It’s good food and it has flavor the rice is . It’s a great concept that could use some fine tuning when it comes to hours of service.
