We went for late dinner, it wasn’t that crowded and we sat right away. We noticed the ipad on the table, thought it was pretty cool, so started to browse the menu, but the ipad was a little slow and non responsive. The food came fast, and the tech and vibe are pretty cool.

Kinda grungy place. It’s pretty dirty and uncleaned, with junk strewn about and the ceiling falling apart. The waitress must have hated her job because she didn’t say a single thing when she brought the food, and I ordered several times. The Kushi is good but the Okonomiyaki sucked. Took like 30 minutes and it was both burned and undercooked at the same time. Everything is overpriced too. Also I was served a warm glass with my beer 🙁

Been coming here since 2021, and it’s such a lovely place. The atmosphere is so cozy, the food is yummy, definitely get some skewers here, and the drinks are decently priced. I typically get an order of kitsune udon of the mental butter udon, and share sashimi with my friends. Service is good, too! Never had a problem here.

The food was delicious. They made some of the best chicken karaage I’ve ever had. Spicy edamamae and takoyaki were very well-made. However, forced tipping isn’t an acceptable business practice and they stated they would ask us to leave if we didn’t tip at minimum 18% with each order. That felt very heavy handed and no longer made us feel like customers.

This place is fantastic. We came in looking for a late dinner and everything was outstanding. I especially liked the smokey duck skewers and the salmon / avocado roll. My wife loves mentaiko so she got the mentai-udon which was perfect. The chazuke to end the meal was just right. Highly recommended

Furniture is janky and falling apart and the tables are sticky. Some of the skewers are absolutely amazing (the beef tongue was my favorite, and the tomatoes were splendid), but some of the food doesn’t work (the uni scallop was a surprising disappointment, and the quail eggs had an unappealing texture) which is regrettable given the high price tag. It’s a shame because the place was one of my favorites before Covid hit.

The food tasted ok, but the portions for the price was laughable.

BEWARE: EXPIRED FISH WARNING ⚠️ they sell expired fish here. I recently got the salmon special. Big mistake. Never in my life have I tasted such awful, disgusting, and horrid fish, let alone food. This was a nightmare. People on the restaurant business always warn not to buy specials; that it’s just a ploy to sell you old food for cheap rather than throwing it away. They’re not always right… but this time they were. STAY AWAY, unless you want to risk getting served expired fish like I did. It is sad to me that businesses serve expired food, especially when it is fish. This place is a disgrace to sushi establishments.

I’ve come back to this place many times now and ordered many items on their menu. Never have I ever been disappointed (except one time when I ordered delivery, idk why the delivery food was just not as good as the dine-in).
