This place just can’t stop burning the pizza! The last six times we got it they burned black, the last three times I specifically asked them to cook it light so that they wouldn’t burn it, but sure enough it was burnt to a cinder when I went to pick it up.

Worst customer service. I didn’t even get to try the food because the girl up front told me everything. I’m a small business owner and support small businesses however please be careful who you hire as it will be the beginning of a long downhill spiral

Staff was nice. Owner is always very rude, she sloppily stuff my pizza in a box that was too small. I always try to support local businesses but not when they treat paying customers like they don’t belong.

I went to Ivana’s Cucina for the first time ever. I can’t believe I didn’t find this place sooner. I’ve been in New Windsor for 14 years and I have tried a lot of pizza. Ivana’s has the best pizza by far, in my opinion. Ordered a large pie and it was FANTASTIC! This will be my new “Go To” place. My wife and 2 daughters also loved it. I was born and raised in the Bronx and let me tell you…This is really good pizza. I will try other dishes from Ivana’s as well. So glad I finally tried Ivana’s!!! Delicious!
