I ordered from its just wings last night. My order was missing items and cold. I waited in the takeout spot after already receiving the text that my food was ready for 10 minutes before going in to get my food. When I entered no employees addressed me but several had passed me. It would have been nice to have someone say “I’ll be with you soon”. I had ordered a meal with a drink and cookie. The cookie was missing and my food was ice cold. I definitely understand being busy but this was a very disappointing experience and sad because I love it’s just wings. After this experience I probably won’t be returning.

I’ve ordered this on door dash many times. Tonight I ordered it through Uber eats and I was missing literally MORE THAN HALF OF MY ORDER. they had a promo for bogo on boneless wings. I ordered 16smoked bone in wings, 2 orders of 11 boneless and a specialty fry.

Wings were a little on the small side but tasted great! Drink was also smaller than expected but they loaded me up with TONS of curly fries! Overall, it met my expectations for the price. Yes, it is a ghost kitchen at Chili’s but that doesn’t bother me at all.

This is another one of those places that the place inside of a place. This is Chili’s. It’s like the Burger Den at Denny’s It’s Just Wings is like a subsidiary or something of Chili’s. You actually have to go inside and Order inside Chili’s and pick it up inside Chili’s. The best way to do so is through the delivery side door on the west side of the building. This place is better than Wing nuts

As a driver, it’s really annoying when a restaurant confirms an order as “ready,” but then they tell you in person that, “the order isn’t quite ready yet.” This makes the drivers look bad, when in fact is the restaurant who is slacking.
