The chilis closed at 7pm but the “it’s just wings” still allowed you to place an order. I placed an order. They charged my card, just for me to pull up to the chilis and realize they were closed and had a manager tell me the best they could do was take my info down? Just refund me the money and be done. Super frustrating, and hoping they can refund the money asap and NOT give a chilis/it’s just wings gift card.

The smoked wings are so good, but it is a flaw to ordering online, if they out of something you won’t know till you pick up your order and you already paid online, that is the only flaw because the resturant can’t refund your money you have to go through the system you ordered with, and you can’t order wings in the store,but the staff is excellent and kind but the online ordering is flawed
