Chicken was undercooked!!!!, the skin was all rubber and slimy. Just awful preped wings. I had to re fry them. Should of just made my own. 65 dollars for someone to serve undercooked chicken is unacceptable.

Was right on time for my order pick up and the wings and fries were still cold. Fries tasted old and stale, definitely not a fresh batch. Garlic parm sauce had almost no flavor and very little sauce on wings. Mediocre wing place at best. At least it was edible.

They don’t always call out names of orders so my food sat on a shelf and the fries were cold. If eat in orders were put on trays it would avoid this problem AND save paper bags. My chicken sandwich was very really good and the employees were nice.

If you’ve been driving around town looking for this place, and are confused as to why you cannot find it, well that’s because “It’s Just Wings” is a “ghost kitchen” that lives within Chili’s locations. Yes, you read that right but don’t click off of this review just yet. Though this place is owned by the same company that owns Chili’s and it resides within Chili’s, it’s very much NOT Chili’s food.

So apparently if you leave a not so good review on door dash they said I violated guidelines and won’t be posting it…. I have ordered numerous times for lunch and never a problem or issue. My last order my wings were cold. I thought okay by the time I get it etc it’s understandable. But they were even cold when you bit into them. So definitely will not be ordering them again.

Ordered 3 meals by time we got halfway home the food was cold. The drinks was watered down with ice in it. Which means the food had been made & sitting there waiting for pickup. Over $50 wasted on food, I use to be a manager & my method for getting hot food out & on time is don’t make it so soon. Or less their short staffed which it still doesn’t give a reason to why it’s cold.

Usually I love it’s just wings but this time I ordered an extra ranch and an extra buffalo neither of which I got when I picked up the order and I didn’t get the ranch that normally comes with the wings either. The wings itself this time were also room temperature.but still delicious nonetheless

Ordered 22 boneless wings. Grubhub delivered. The fries and wings arrived cold. The half that was supposed to have the dry rub Cajun barely had any on them. And they best Grubhub could do was $10 credit for next time.
