My fiancé and I ordered two meals tonight, we order It’s Just Wings at least twice a month at least. This time made us not want to order anymore, we got two 8 piece wings with a combo and some extra sauces. The wings tasted beyond burnt and stale, our fries were essentially raw, and none of the sauces were correct. This experience made me not want to order from there again, as all of our food was inedible and we paid almost $50. Definitely a frustrating experience.

New to the area, unsure why these guys have lower ratings. I’d like to help improve that as I was 99.99% satisfied with my meal. The only thing I would have changed or if there’s a way to suggest (it’s possible I missed it), but I would have liked to select a well done/extra crispy preference. Otherwise, the portion of fries = Love. The taste of the wings = Perfect. Great job! 🙂

Love the wings and love the really hot options they have available. Rarely am I disappointed, on occasion they might forget an extra sauce I order but that stuff happens everywhere and isn’t enough to knock off a star for.
