I ordered 8 wings and fries for pickup. The online ordering process went smoothly and I was notified by email that they were ready for pickup on time. I picked them up at Chili’s using the link I got in email with little delay, and the young lady who brought them out was friendly. The garlic parmesan wings were plump and juicy and seasoned nicely, really delicious. The curly fries were also really good, and both my dogs and I enjoyed them. The sauces I got for dipping, both ranch and garlic parmesan, had good flavor and texture. My experience overall was very positive, and the food was excellent. My only complaint was that the contact phone number listed for them online goes to some automated pickup somewhere, but it ain’t in Frankfort! Fix that, and keep up the quality of your food, and I’ll keep coming back.
