Literally the worst. Everytime I order from here my food is wrong or missing. Ordered an 11 piece boneless wing meal with fries and an 8 piece bone in wing meal with fries along with a cinnamon pie. ONLY received the 11 boneless wings, no fries, no bone in wings, and a chocolate pie instead of cinnamon.

Total shame! We ordered 32 “boneless wings” and they were literally chicken nuggets that you get from Walmart frozen section with a squirt of sauce. How this place is a business is beyond me. $40 meal. What a joke! 0 stars if possible

I’ve ordered here three times one of those three times has it been correct when I called to tell them they just put different sauce on my wings and cooked them a second time they huffed and yelled for the manager who told me to just come back up there and get new ones I live 40 minutes away and didn’t come to Bardstown just for wings.

There’s no order ahead of time so I ordered. The 15 to 20 minutes like it said. It’s been almost a hour. Chili’s/ it’s just wings wait times have been ridiculous lately. I won’t even be able to eat my lunch now I have to go back to work!
