I had originally put this place as 5 stars. Good wings, good sauces, good price. But it seems like it’s going downhill. The wings were crazy dry today after I waited nearly an hour after the time posted with the order. I might’ve been cool with it if the wind were fresh, but that long AND like they’ve been sitting getting dried out under a lamp for an hour is pretty bad. Nothing from management to make it right. I’ve definitely seen a bunch of people waiting in the past, but I guess I’ve been lucky before.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I had some extra time as I was waiting 50+ minutes for boneless wings. Firstly, this restaurant is located within the Chili’s with no signage, so just a heads up. Apparently you can’t order the wings in person, only through DoorDash which has a “required tip”. Once we arrived to the Chili’s, It’s Just Wings, or whatever, the staff was…incompetent and blatantly rude. Think twice before choosing this as your next wing spot.
