If I could give this place zero stars I would. Found this on door dash and wanted to try something new. I ordered the 11 boneless wings with curly fries. The whole meal disappoints. The wings were dry. No sauce. I ordered mango habanero and got nothing near it. Also the fries were cold and hard. Would not recommend. Absolutely terrible food and a waste of money.

Wings arrived cold. The sauce was bland, fries were stiff, and a quarter of the order was missing. Between Its Just Wings, Chilis (the ghost kitchen), and Doordash, we have been on the phone for at least an hour. This has been off and on since our orded arrived about five hours ago. Doordash is the only one who will answer, and all they can tell us us that they left a message got IJW/Chilis. All we’re trying to do is get a refund for the portion of the order we didn’t get, but apparently even that is too much to ask.

Doubtful whether I would order from here. First of all, there is no advisement that the restaurant is inside Chili’s so I was left driving in circle until I called the number. Automated message states I only had to park in curbside and wait. Followed directions yet no one came out. Entered TO GO area and there was a line waiting and no one at the register. Employees walked past several times and did not acknowledge customers waiting.

Oh where to begin… I found this gem on DoorDash and had been craving some spicy chicken. I thought, let’s give this place a go! What a mistake that was. I got the 11 boneless wings with fries, and a “Apple Cinnamon Hand Pie”. First thing I tried was the curly fries, and they tasted like they came out of a bag from Walmart. They were soggy, cold, and tasteless. The chicken was no better. Also taste like they came from a bag in the frozen food section. You’re better off going to the store and getting these items yourself rather than ordering them from here.

My husband and I go here a lot. Unfortunately they are very short-staffed. Had to go to the bar to get my own drinks. But it’s all good the food was great atmosphere was wonderful and will still keep coming back. Side note. Salad I got was so damn small was less than seven bites was very disappointed

I not sure if it was because I had my food delivered but the boneless wing were not what I expected. Also I had gotten 16 pc when I ordered a 22 pc my fries seemed old cold and hard was not happy about that due to how much the cost. But the one think I did like was that the traditional wings are a good size

Wing flavor wasnt terrible, but eveything was cold. I was standing there while it was allegedly being made and in the 5 minutes it took to walk back to my hotel, they were cold.
