Chasing Forever
Ordered the 16 wings and fries promotion … the wings were undercooked. They separate the wings 8 and 8 in to go boxes. The first set were cooked but not the greatest, the second box not only had undercooked wings but the wings smelled sour as if they were left out before being lightly cooked. I will never go here again. I encourage everyone to go to a different place for food.

Have not physically been to restaurant but have ordered numerous times via food delivery apps. Wings have always been fantastic, obviously because they are delivered they are not piping hot but always arrive warm. Wings are always super meaty and juicy, fries are always good, and even when I’ve ordered large drinks if they’re out of cups they will provide my large drink split into two cups instead of underselling in a smaller cup so that is always fantastic.

Had just wings for the first time last night, and I won’t be going back. My boyfriend and I both ordered boneless wing combos, and both his and my wings were barely sauced and the fries were cold and stale. There was maybe one or two wings that had a lot of sauce on it, but they would be like super small pieces. My boyfriend nor I even finished, because we’re just not gonna eat cold and stale fries and to eat bland wings…not appetizing. I ordered on nov. 16 about 9:30 pm. I haven’t ate since breakfast! So I decided to order they DoorDash…whom by the way lies about their policy! Anyway I order 8 piece bone in and some boneless wings both combos. I received my order the chicken was so hard and the fries was stale. We couldn’t eat it. I tried contacting the store no ans and DoorDash won’t do anything to help. It was horrible!!!! No compensation. No nothing! Ppl never make their customers happy anymore! Sad! It truly is

The wings were dry and mine were smoked not very good. The sauses had a bite to them. Wanted fried wings. Have now been told that only smoked come on door dash. Door dashes menu shows both. When I called the store and talked with chillies the girls advised only smoke come with door dash

Customer service is poor. If there is going to be a delay longer than expected the right thing to do is to tell the customer, not having them sit and wait for an extra 15 minutes after the estimated time.

Had to wait 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, because they messed up my order. I only found out because I asked after waiting and the food was cold. If you are going to mess up an order and have to remake it the least they could do was give me hot food.
