Gave it a chance despite the bad reviews at every location, mistake and a waste of money, these were some of the worst wings I’ve ever had, 100% flavorless. Order was wrong also. They give you 100 pounds of fries though if you like that…..

Ordered wings for pickup. I arrived at the set time, checked in and waited til it was 12 minutes past time. I called and finally they brought my order. The girl that delivered them to the car was friendly and kind. I wish the wings had never come! I live less than 2 minutes from Arboretum, when I opened the box everything was cold. I think it was ready and sitting while I was waiting. I had the boneless wings with the spicy pineapple teriyaki sauce. The sauce tasted like ketchup with something a little sweet added. Most of the chicken was so hard I could barely bite it. They tasted like they were made 2 days ago and then microwaved today! Please don’t spend your money. I never have written a negative review before but I have never had such a terrible meal! The reason I gave it 1 star is because if you don’t mark a star you are unable to comment.

Placed my order at 533pm. I arrived at 615 and by 648p and my order was still not ready. The person working the take out area is prioritizing phone orders instead of the 7-10 people standing in front of him waiting for food. The person working the Togo area chose to put orders out for people not standing waiting for food. At 707 when I finally was handed my food, it was cold and soggy. I understand short staffed but I seen 3 staff members sitting down waiting for people to come in to the Chili’s side. This is terrible. I really just want my money back even though I can’t get the time back.

I’m a big believer of only leaving reviews if something is good in anyway or if something is just very bad and this was just a waste of my money! I am very disappointed because I wanted to try something new. The “ranch wings” were naked wings and there was no flavor. If your going to have a restaurant called “It’s just wings” then maybe your wings should be bomb!!! Instead they were TRASH. Waste of $50 NEVER AGAIN!
