the most disgusting wings I ever tasted in my life ! They were seemingly UNDER cooked , under seasoned/ sauced . ! Not only did I follow the directions of the email sent when I arrived but I was outside over 40 minutes waiting until I finally went inside for the staff to be NOT busy at all just standing there talking with the food sitting .. what’s the point of “ park and relax we will handle the rest “ … very much a waste of 50+ dollars ( tip included) .. the fries on another note were good and we had 32 wings with VERY LITTLE ranch in a cup . Would not recommend . Wings literally had no flavor and couldn’t even tell which was which until looking at the label . No sauce .. on ANYTHING including the hot wings for the kids to even eat the wings , they had to season and sauce them & run them through the oven again to cook them all the way through.. this was horrible!

I feel that the chicken was not cooked all the way through and did not have alot of the sauce on the chicken. Sauces tasted good but it was on like half of the chicken as if it poured Simeon after it was placed in the takeout box. Curly fries are excellent. The service was on point and the young lady who had red braids was very professional and brought our food to the car. The one thing I’m sad about is that I had to re-air fry my chicken to feel comfortable eating it.

I ordered the boneless wings with curly fries and when I got my order home, they put regular fries instead of curly fries. They said they ran out which was a disappointment. Had I known I would’ve only ordered the wings so if you order the boneless wings with curly fries you may want to call to make sure that they have curly fries before you place your order

This is actually just Chili’s! I drove around the parking lot 6 times after ordering online, because I couldn’t find it. When I called it says “we are located inside Chili’s, you heard right, inside Chili’s!” How can you pretend you’re a wing shop when you’re actually just Chili’s selling its own Wings on a side hustle?!? Also, I had to recook my wings and ask for extra sauce because there was barely any on them. I would never have ordered wings from chili’s, ever.

Obviously y’all leaving the negative reviews haven’t looked up this company. They are not a standalone building the food is made in Chili’s. I have never had any issues getting my orders. I love getting the honey chipotle boneless wings and dipping them in the Santa Fe sauce.

Today I was a little frustrated with my experience. Ordered delivery online through Google, after ordering realized I hit boneless instead of bone-in. I called to try and correct it and was told that I had to call door dash to cancel the order that way. I tried to figure out how to cancel but never did, the order didn’t show up in doordash, only Google so out of frustration I just paid for both orders and went about my night. I didn’t like the fact I had no way of canceling to reorder the correct meal and the. The store was no help honestly they are limited to what they can do and there was NO DOORDASH CONTACT with order confirmation.
