So Spiteful
The service was quick and simple. Problem is two hours after I ate my wings I’m in the hospital with food poisoning. Apparently you guys send a lot of business their way. Never again

The food is okay, but I had two separate instances in 3 weeks where I didn’t receive what was ordered. I originally in both instance was willing to pay blame only on DoorDash. But in both instances a manager pawned me off to customer service – there was no “I’m sorry let me contact support and get a resolution” or “wow, that can be frustrating, to make sure you’re satisfied I’m going to do some research let’s see if I can get ahold of the runner”. The restaurants idea of conflict resolution and support is “call this number maybe they’ll refund you” with no regard for the time, confidence, and patience you invested in them getting it right the first team. Management need some customer service training of their own
